Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
INTEGRA LATAM (“INTEGRA”, “we”, “us”) helps food and consumer brands expand into Brazil and Latin America. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to evaluate your market-entry opportunity and to contact you about INTEGRA services.
1. Who we are
INTEGRA LATAM is based in São Paulo, Brazil. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at ana@integra-latam.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to share with us when you submit the market assessment form on this website:
- Contact details — your name and email address;
- Company details — company name, website, and country;
- Commercial context — product category, whether you currently sell internationally, the markets you are interested in, the type of support you are looking for, and any message you write to us.
We also record the date and time of your submission. We do not use this website to run advertising trackers, and we do not collect payment information through it.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Review your company’s expansion potential in Brazil and Latin America;
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about INTEGRA services;
- Prepare for and conduct commercial conversations you have requested;
- Maintain internal records of business inquiries.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you initiated, and — where applicable — your consent, which you give by submitting the form. Our processing practices are guided by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018) and, for contacts in the European Economic Area, the GDPR.
5. Sharing
Your information is shared only where necessary to serve your inquiry:
- With service providers that host our website, store form submissions, or manage our business contacts (for example, a CRM or form-processing tool), acting under our instructions;
- With trusted third-party specialists (for example, regulatory consultants) — only if you engage us and the work requires it, and we will tell you before doing so;
- Where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. International transfers
Because we operate between Latin America and the markets our clients come from, your information may be processed outside your country. When it is, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an equivalent level of protection.
7. Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. If you become a client, information is kept for the duration of our relationship and as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the LGPD and GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request deletion of your data;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent at any time;
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email ana@integra-latam.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to your information to the people who need it to handle your inquiry.
10. Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool, to understand aggregate traffic on this website — for example, how many visits a page receives and which country visits come from. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track you across other websites. This website does not use advertising cookies. Your browser may store form data locally on your own device to prevent your submission from being lost; this data stays on your device and is not transmitted for tracking purposes.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how we use data you already shared will be communicated to you directly where feasible.
